I have been in full-time practice since 2000. I was in practice

in Johannesburg until June 2011, then relocated to George,

Western Cape. I do still consult with patients in Johannesburg

every three months, and you are welcome to phone our office

and speak to my receptionist, Annetjie, and we will make

certain that we keep you informed of my next trip to

Johannesburg. 

 

I run a clinical and integrative Homoeopathic practice

addressing illness for the whole family. I offer natural

treatment options for acute and chronic medical conditions

with a special interest in mood disorders (such as anxiety and

depression), learning disabilities, allergy and auto-immunity

and chronic, recurring infections.

My practice has grown and adapted in relation to my experience in treating a wide variety of conditions. I completed my dissertation on Attention Deficit Disorder in children, and have a special interest in this field, treating related disorders in all age groups. My on-going research and clinical experience in this field has led me to place particular interest on mental and emotional health and have a unique, consultation based approach to identifying areas of need in my patients. With the help of amino-acid precursors, herbs and supplements I can help to restore a balanced neurotransmitter environment. I very much believe that you are what you eat ... and you become what you think.

 

It seems like stress is at an all time high today with our fast paced lifestyles, financial pressure, information overload and lack of time. Emotional and mental health is in a crisis today and how we feel and the emotions that result have a direct impact on your physical health. Empowering my patients to understand what is happening when they are not feeling well has always been a priority in my practice, which should be the first step to wellness.
